We are looking for an Operations Director to oversee all operational activities of the company and ensure the performance, efficiency, and profitability of operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operational management, leadership, and will be able to implement strategies to improve processes and achieve business objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all company operations to ensure optimal resource management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with various departments (production, logistics, human resources, finance) to optimize internal processes.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and process performance.
- Ensure production deadlines are met and product/service quality is maintained.

Desired profile:

- Excellent skills in project management, planning, and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to improve operational processes and lead change initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
