We are looking for a General Services Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient management of the company’s material, logistical, and real estate resources. The ideal candidate must demonstrate organization, rigor, and leadership to guarantee the availability, quality, and safety of the general services essential for the smooth operation of the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize general services: maintenance, security, supplies, building maintenance.
- Ensure the management of infrastructures and equipment (buildings, vehicles, furniture, etc.).
- Supervise external service providers and service contracts (cleaning, security, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations.
- Establish and monitor performance indicators to optimize costs and improve service quality.
- Manage the general services budgets and provide regular reporting to management.
- Oversee the administrative and logistical management of the company’s internal events.
Desired profile:
- Degree in management, logistics, or equivalent.
- Successful experience in general services management or a similar role.
- Excellent skills in organization, planning, and team management.
